2020
Founded in Makkah
Catalyst Elite is founded post-pandemic with a small team and a single printing project. Founders bring decades of hotel operations, engineering and marketing experience.
2021
First hospitality contracts
Deep-cleaning and pre-opening readiness for delayed hotel projects becomes our signature service. Referrals from international hotel groups follow rapidly.
2022
Engineering & MEP expansion
We expand into mechanical, electrical and plumbing works — supporting new installations, HVAC systems and preventive maintenance across commercial assets.
2023
Civil, FF&E and one-stop service
Full civil renovation, FF&E fit-out and property management complete our vertical stack. Catalyst becomes a one-stop solution provider.

Regional footprint
